4/7/04- Yahoo First day of new website.
4/8/04- Did some more updating to web page (enjoy) Also added a new message forum to

4/9/04- Just added a free music download page!!!
7/25/04 - Well so much has changed since I last posted . First of all I decided to choose
another doctor to perform my surgey his name is Michael Mitchell and right now I am waiting for insurance approval , I hope
everything goes smoothly and that I will not have to Appeal. I have worked so hard to get this far . While I am waiting I
am going to try to lose some weight before the surgery . I can not wait until I am on the losing side . Please wish me luck
I can use the encouragement.
8/13/04 - Well still haven't heard from the surgeon it has been almost a month
now Dr Mitchell is supposed to submitting everything for insurance approval but when I called the office to follow up she
said he dictated the letter but it has not been typed yet and that she is waiting for Dr Mitchell to return on 8/17/04 So
I'll give them another week and then I wil call and "bug them" again. Obesity Help says during this stage of the journey stay
on top of the Surgeons office and the insurance company I guess to let them know that you are serious about this descision
and Lord knows I am !
For now I wish everyone post op and pre op Good luck and I will write again
later..........
8/21/04 - Just spoke with Dr Mitchell office yesterday Linda informed me that
my information was submitted to the insurance company last week and now we are officially in the" waiting stage" so I am praying
that I have a response next week some time. I am also not just going to wait for an response I am going to contact the claims
department myself and find out how things are progressing because this is my life and my future I want the insurance company
to know that this is very important to me !!!

8/25/04 - Yes APPROVED ....The insurance company
called today to say i am approved so now I am just waiting for the operation date. I am now getting nervous but I know that
I can't turn back now ! Will update soon with surgery date.
9/26/04 - Finally was given a surgery date it will be on 10/25/04
I am really nervous and really excited at the same time alot of emotions.Have an appointment
with the surgeon on 10/4/04 .Will write again soon......
